1. Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 880 through our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the 880 platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the 880 platform, including visitors, registered users, and active users. 2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of 880 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- You must notify 880 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
- 880 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use that occurred before you reported the issue to our team.
- The information provided during registration must be accurate and genuine. Using a false identity or misleading information is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
880 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identification card, for account verification or regulatory compliance purposes.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 880 users are required to comply with the platform's usage rules. Use of this platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and must comply with all applicable laws.
The following are strictly prohibited while using the 880 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised method intended to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems.
- Colluding with other players to unfairly disadvantage the platform or other users.
- Uploading, sending, or distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, seditious, or infringes on third-party rights.

4. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 880 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and legally valid.
Deposits: 880 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including e-wallets such as TNG eWallet and Boost, as well as bank transfers through Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set by each payment method and the platform's current policy.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the same user's name. 880 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen, typically within one to two business days.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits: 880 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including data loss, service disruptions, or technical errors. 880's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure: 880 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed at the user's request, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Intellectual Property: All content, logos, designs, software, and materials available on the 880 platform — including the 880 brand name — are the exclusive property of 880 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links: The 880 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. 880 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of those links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
880 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via a notice displayed on the platform or by registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any claims or disputes relating to the 880 platform shall first be referred to negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
